These authentic old-school Mexican Taco Trucks still have game.
My Carnitas Tostada was loaded with meat, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream onions, cilantro and some pickled carrots. And just like a cherry on a Sundae, my tostada Was topped with pickled radish.
Ok, it's time to eat.
